Earlier this evening I was Sudbury's Carmichael arena for a hockey team photo shoot with the young guns of the Sudbury Ice Wolves Novice Tier 2 boys team. Earlier this evening I was down at the old barn, the Sudbury Arena, to photograph my first hockey team of the season... the Sudbury Lady Wolves Bantam AA. I had a great time working with the team and I think the girls enjoyed it too. I was able to take some great shots, a few of which of shown here. If you're looking for a team photographer for your hockey team (or any sport for that matter), please give me some consideration... I'd love to work with your team!

This weekend I took my 360 camera out into the community to have a little fun with it at a couple of Sudbury's landmarks. I hit up the Big Nickel at Dynamic Earth and the Vale Superstack in Copper Cliff. The 360° field of view in these cameras allow it to capture an entire scene in ALL directions. Later, once these spherical panorama images are transferred to a computer or smartphone, they can be manipulated in some pretty creative ways. The result of this tweaking produces these common vie.....

Whenever pets and their humans get together in front of a camera it's always a fun time. And this past weekend was no exception as I had the opportunity to photograph the staff of Lockerby Animal Hospital along with their pets. There were both cats and dogs in this energetic group and in one case, both at the same time. I'll have to admit, it proved to be a challenge at times to get both pets and humans looking at the camera at the same time, but we succeeded in the end. A little patience an.....

Today I attended my first high school football game in a few years... it was great to be back at, albeit from behind the fence at James Jerome field. This game saw the LoEllen Knights pitted against their southend rival, the St. Benedict Bears. When I left the game at the half, the Bears were up 14-0.Click the View Gallery button, or the photo, to be taken to the gallery of images from this game. Enjoy. View Gallery

Today I had the pleasure of shooting a virtual tour for Lockerby Animal Hospital in Sudbury's south end. I originally created a tour for them several years ago, but they recently completed a renovation so it was the perfect time to update their tour. Their Street View virtual tour is now live on Google Maps and is embedded below. Click and drag to spin around, and click on the navigation arrows to advance to the next panorama in the tour. Enjoy!
